The purpose of collecting this information is to assist customers in connecting with business assistance services, programs, data and other resources in a larger effort to help the economy by supporting small and medium sized businesses and exporters financial growth.  The information collected includes information associated with clients’ participation for services, collection of any fees (through pay.gov), monitor performance, provide client information to federal agencies and bureau partners to better serve the customer.   Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, address, telephone numbers, and financial information may be collected.
 
Disclosure of this information is permitted under the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. Section 552a) to be shared among International Trade Administration staff, federal agency partners and sponsors.   
 
Disclosure of this information is also subject to all of the published routine uses as identified in the Privacy Act System of Records Notice ITA-8/Salesforce Relationship Management System; COMMERCE/Dept-23, Information Collected Electronically in Connection with Department of Commerce Activities, Events, and Programs; COMMERCE/Dept-2 Accounts Receivable; and COMMERCE/Dept-18, Employees Personnel Files Not Covered by Notices of Other Agencies.
