Purpose of Data Collection

We process personal data (name, email address, usage data, messages) on behalf of our customers for multiple different purposes: - Providing the services: enabling our users to manage their network of contacts and staying abreast of public information and occurrences that are relevant to those connections. - Enriching contact records (a specific instance of providing the services): as a part of us delivering service to our customers, a User is able to match a Contact that they possess to our completed records, and receive back a subset of the contact information from the relevant Completed Contact Data for that individual. For example, we may share an individual’s name to support features including but not limited to contact search. We also may share public social handles and publicly available professional information (e.g., organizational affiliation, job title) to support Contact Enrichment. For the purposes of contact enrichment, we may share the email address of a contact with FullContact (under DPA) to help us provide services to the customer.
