You are not required to provide Aventri with any Personal Information. However, certain Aventri Services and Site functionalities may not be available to you unless some Personal Information is provided by you, or by a Client or Client administrator on your behalf. Aventri makes it a priority to safeguard the security and privacy of your Personal Information. Aventri has implemented appropriate organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration or loss. The protective measures we use depend on the sensitivity of the information, and the ways in which we collect, process and store it. These measures include security controls to prevent unauthorized access to our facilities and systems, strong authentication procedures and strict password protection protocols, utilizing encryption software for all financial and other sensitive Personal Information transmitted on or through our Sites, and conducting penetration tests. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.”
