The Express Mailing Service (EMS) of the state owned “Turkmenpochta” Turkmen Postal Service company was the only express delivery service in the country until May 2017 when a private company Beyik Yupek Yoly, Authorized Service Contractor for United Parcel Service (UPS), started providing international express services.
