The User eXperience (UX) of a website ensures that users find value in the information and content provided to them on your website. UX focuses on what your understanding is of your website users, what need drives them to your website, what those users value, and what their abilities and limitations are. UX also takes into account the business goals and objectives of those users, with UX best practices promoting improvement of the quality of the user’s interaction and perceptions of the products and services on your website.

Simple is better. User friendliness is essential in any successful online transaction. The user’s experience on your website is defined by the architecture of your site, such as each page layout and the actionable items for each of those pages.
 

Elements that affect the overall UX of your site include these: 

  • You must make the process of finding information on your website easy and enjoyable, so that website visitors and consumers can access the information about your products and services.  Consumers are spending increasingly significant amounts of time researching products for purchase—your products as well as those of your competitor’s. ​
  • Ease of use is often affected by the quality of your site map and onsite search and navigation that allows visitors to quickly find the page they need.  Do you have a search filtering system that allows your overseas website visitors to find what they need in an easy and intuitive way? 
  • Customer service and payment options are also important in factoring UX. How easy are you making it for your customers to complete transactions on your site?
