Businesses in Afghanistan spend limited resources on advertising. Only a handful of Western-style advertising agencies exist.  Commercial advertising is available through major television and radio outlets such as Tolo TV, Ayna TV, Shamshad TV, Ariana TV, 1 TV, Radio Television Afghanistan, Radio Arman, Radio Khillid, and Radio Salam Watandar.  Advertisements in newspapers reach a limited audience.
