The eCommerce Innovation Lab (EIL) is an office within the U.S. Department of Commerce's U.S. Commercial Service, that focuses on advancing the expertise and knowledge of cross-border ecommerce and digital strategy among all U.S. small and medium-sized businesses.
The EIL does not view "ecommerce" as simply a transaction, rather we view ecommerce as a sales channel that crosses all industries that sell or promote brand awareness online as a part of a businesses' overall digital strategy.
