The EIL does not view "ecommerce" as simply a transaction, rather we view ecommerce as a sales channel that crosses all industries that sell or promote brand awareness online as a part of a businesses' overall digital strategy.

Please follow the links here for information regarding consumer online data protection regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the EU, and the associated US/EU Privacy Shield Program for US businesses.
