There are no specific licensing requirements to set up a professional services company in Turkey.  Standard conditions of establishing a company apply such as registration at the Trade Registry Office, certification of legal books by a notary public and a tax identity number.  To open up a legal services company, one needs to have a law degree and be a member of the Law Bar Association.
