The Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI, www.fncci.org) is the largest business association in Nepal.  The Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI, www.cnind.org) and the Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC, www.nepalchamber.org) are also important associations.  Most industries have associations that are represented by FNCCI, CNI, or NCC.  American companies can also contact the Nepal-USA Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NUSACCI, www.nusacci.org.np).

Besides these traditional chambers of commerce, Nepal also has numerous business associations that might be of interest to American businesses looking to reach non-traditional or more niche markets.  These include the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Associations of Nepal (www.fwean.org.np), the Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries (www.fncsi.org), the Federation of Handicraft Associations of Nepal (nepalhandicraft.org.np), and the Independent Power Producers Association of Nepal (www.ippan.org.np).  In recent years, several organizations have started business incubators and entrepreneur programs that might be of interest for some investors, including Rockstart Impact (www.impact.rockstart.com), the Nepal Entrepreneurs Hub (www.nehub.org), M&S NEXT (www.msnext.com), and Enterprise (http://www.enterprise.com.np)-- an incubator started by the Nepal Young Entrepreneur’s Forum (www.nyef.org.np).
