Submission of Form

Submission of this form constitutes your company's consent to participate in the Toolkit and for ITA to share publicly on the Toolkit website your company's name and description. No additional company information will be posted. Submission of this form additionally constitutes your company's agreement to participate in short, annual follow-on surveys from ITA regarding the efficacy of the tool and suggestions for its improvement. Participating companies may withdraw their participation at any time by contacting the U.S. Commerce Department at nuclearenergy@trade.gov.

Use Of Information

The company name and description that you provide will be listed next to a fillable form that will allow outside parties, such as potential foreign buyers or regulators, to send a brief message to your company's specified business contact through the  Export.gov  web platform. ITA will store these messages in its Salesforce database, and the messages will be accessible only to the listed company to which they are directed and to ITA trade specialists. ITA is not responsible for the content of these email messages or for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided therein.
