Overview

Join the U.S. Commercial Service’s NATO Day. NATO buys an extensive variety of products and services apart from IT and defense hardware. Procurement opportunities are available for everything from sponges, consulting services, to containerized kitchens. Budgets for contracts usually vary between US$ 2-4 billion per year. Purchases can only be awarded to NATO’s member countries giving U.S. suppliers a distinct advantage. NATO is increasingly becoming an efficient, honest broker on behalf of its members.

Scope

Networking

U.S. companies will be invited to a reception at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence. Belgian firms will also be in attendance, providing U.S. companies an informal networking opportunity with local firms that are interested in doing business with NATO.

NATO Day is scheduled the day before NATO's number one Cyber Defence event – the NIAS 2014 Cyber Security Symposium, Sept. 16-18, 2014. Featuring over 80 exhibitors, the most diverse range of new products and services, an unrivalled education programme and over 1300 unique visitors from every segment of NATO, it is the most important date in the calendar for Cyber Security professionals across NATO.

NIAS2014 is the symposium of choice for Cyber and Network Security Professionals NATO wide.
