eHealth Week 2016
June 8-10, 2016
Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam
The next eHealth week is the largest gathering of the European eHealth community and it will take place in Amsterdam! This year’s educational program will focus on three main themes: Empowering People, Trust & Standards and Social Innovation & Transition. An interactive and lively ‘Exhibition Hall’ will also be a key feature of eHealth Week 2016. To stimulate interaction among delegates, the event will also offer a business matchmaking tool.
If your company offers innovative e-health solutions, you will not want to miss eHealth Week. High-level government officials, industry executives, and civil society representatives from around Europe and elsewhere will gather in Amsterdam in June. Benefit from plenary and educations sessions, receptions, the exhibition halls, and other special events during eHealth Week.
In support of U.S. companies attending eHealth Week, the U.S. Commercial Service will be co-hosting a VIP Reception with event organizer HIMSS on the evening of June 9. The presence of high- level guests will offer excellent networking opportunities.
The Netherlands is one of the most digitally mature countries in Europe and is home to one of the three HIMSS EMRAM Stage 7 hospitals in Europe as well as eight Stage 6 hospitals. It has a strong internationally focus and serves as a major commercial and logistics hub for many companies. Strategic alliances with Dutch partners may also be a means for your company to open a business channel to other parts of Europe and beyond. Also, U.S. companies considering establishing a sales office or setting up distribution facilities in Europe will benefit from participating in eHealth Week. The Netherlands is an ideal place for the European eHealth Community to come together!
