SHOWCASE USA-ITALY, the only marketing exhibition exclusively dedicated to promote Italian tourism towards the United States, will take place once again March 4 - 6, 2012 in Florence.

Created in the Visit USA Association Italy and the U.S. Commercial Service Italy, SHOWCASE USA-ITALY gives the Italian Travel Industry the opportunity to keep up to date with the great variety of “Made in USA” travel products and destinations.

At the 15th annual edition, U.S. exhibitors will have the opportunity to meet individually with the major Italian travel trade industry. In 2011, 36 U.S. exhibitors met with 36 Italian tour operators, online travel agents, incentive planners and media representatives.

Our team will provide matchmaking appointments with Italian companies, logistical assistance, on-site business counseling and support, and conduct as a pre-event briefing. 


The 2012 edition of SHOWCASE USA-ITALY will take place in Florence (hotel TBD)
Package includes:

• Two nights hotel accommodation (March 4 and 5), taxes and breakfast included;
• All inclusive meal plan, from dinner on March 4 to breakfast on March 6.

Showcase USA-Italy events include:
• Market briefing;
• Networking dinner and/or reception;
• One-to-one appointments per table with Italian tour operators, incentive houses and journalists;
• Optional participation in the Visit USA Association workshop with travel agents. 


Participation costs per person:
USD $2,650 - Full rate
USD $2,385 – First time exhibitor
USD $2,350 - Visit USA Association sponsor member
USD $2,100 - Group rate (minimum 5 participants from the same organization or geographical area)
