Useful Information When Applying
The U.S. Department of Commerce will review your application to determine if your company is qualified to participate in this trade mission. There will be limited space, and more applications than we will be able to accommodate, so we will select the candidates that best fit the markets we are visiting. The final review process will take place only after we close the application deadline on COB February 12, 2009. We will not know until after that if you are accepted to participate or not, but we will strive to let you know as soon as we can.
Because participation in this trade mission is competitive, it is important that you provide concise but very detailed answers in the limited space provided. By providing the most complete information possible, you can help ensure that we understand what your company offers and how it would fit into the markets on this mission. Please answer EVERY question as thoroughly as possible.
Once you are notified that you are accepted, we will work closely with you to identify business contacts in the region appropriate to your business interests, and at that time we may ask for additional information. The two most important areas to focus on are the PRODUCT LINE description and your Company's MAIN OBJECTIVES for the mission which I have detailed below:
Information on Product Lines
