The initial Integrated Systems Europe was launched in 2004 due to demand from leading AV industry vendors, including many from the United States, to InfoComm International to develop a pan-European platform for them to meet and present to potential and existing customers.
The 2nd ISE took place in Amsterdam from 26th -28th January 2005. Of the 220 Exhibitors 40 were from the USA. The attendance to the ISE more than doubled with 7,401 industry professionals attending the event. According to the key industry publications from Germany, UK, France and other countries “ISE has now established itself as THE Systems Integration meeting point in Europe”. With the top industry vendors exhibiting and almost all of the leading distributors, resellers, and other industry specialist attending from more than 78 different countries ISE proved itself as a good place to do business.
Over time both the exhibitor and the attendee numbers have continued to grow, with year upon year increases. Today there are over 500 exhibitors and attendance to ISE now approximates 25,000 from about 100 countries. ISE has become the largest and most influential tradeshow in Europe for the AV Systems and Electronic Integration market. ISE continues to re-enforce its position as the leading European residential and commercial AV and Systems Integration showcase with more visitors, more exhibits, and more show space than ever.
