The 15th AustralAsian Oil & Gas Exhibition & Conference (AOG 2011) February 23-25, 2011 Perth, Western Australia Western Australia ranks among the best areas in the world for petroleum exploration. From humble beginnings less than 40 years ago, numerous major discoveries of oil, gas and condensate have been made and brought on-stream. Petroleum production in Western Australia has grown steadily in value from US$ 25 million in 1973 to almost US$ 8 billion today. For nearly a quarter of a century, AOG has built a reputation for being one of the premier oil and gas events around the world. By far the biggest oil and gas show of its type in the Southern Hemisphere, AOG has grown apace with the dramatic developments of the hydrocarbon industry in this region and the strengthening of Australia's position as a world leader in LNG development. After outgrowing three previous venues, AOG finally has a home that matches the quality of the Expo and in 2011, it will once again be staged in the new Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. This state-of-the-art facility is located right in the heart of Perth's CBD and within walking distance of the headquarters of many of the world's and Australia's leading oil and gas operating and service companies. The USA Pavilion at AOG 2011 is officially certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce and is organized by IMEX Management, Inc. in conjunction with the U.S. Commercial Service in Australia (CS Australia). Benefits of the USA Pavilion include, but are not limited to: Simplified participation by U.S. exhibitors and maximized exposure to buyers and distributors in the region: prior to the show CS Australia will concert to pre-arrange on-site meetings for Pavilion exhibitors with key show attendees. CS Australia will publicize the presence of USA Pavilion exhibitors on the CS Australia website, www.buyusa.gov/australia. A detailed questionnaire will provide U.S. Pavilion exhibitors with the opportunity to describe their company and define market goals and business objectives. CS Australia will design a tailor-made marketing plan to promote the exhibitors to the local market in advance of the show. Offering the benefits of American identity and special marketing services, the USA Pavilion provides an excellent venue to present your products to Western Australia.
