Meet Chinese Buyers: 2010 International CES (Consumer Electronics Show)

CES is the world’s largest annual trade show for the broad-based consumer electronics (CE) technology market, from mobile electronics, audio and video, home networking information and wireless technology to high-end audio and satellite systems. It is the premier event bringing together consumer electronics product manufacturers, distributors, researchers, content developers, financial analysts, and the press with the highest concentration of buyers and decision-makers in the retail distribution channel. More than 114,000 attendees visited the 2009 CES, including 22,000+ international attendees and exhibitors from 140 countries.

China Cold Chain Orientation Visit
Dates: March 6-20, 2010
Locations: San Diego, CA; Others to be announced.
This US Trade Development Agency supported Orientation Visit (OV) will bring 12 China cold storage facility owners to the U.S. to attend the the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration in San Diego and meet with public and private sector experts on cold chain standards and practices. The OV will familiarize Chinese cold storage facility owners with U.S. technologies and best practices for the development of an advanced cold supply chain infrastructure, encouraging adoption of advanced technologies to improve China’s cold supply chain, positively impacting the nation’s food security.
