Background on the U.S. Environmental Handbook

Since 2002, the U.S. Commercial Service has published the U.S. Environmental Handbook to promote American businesses in China’s thriving environment technology sector. With the increasing Chinese government support of critical environment-related industries, particularly with the implementation of the 12th five year plan earlier this year, the upcoming 4th edition will be released at a vital time for the environment technology market in China. U.S. organizations featured in past edition of the U.S. Environmental Handbook include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, GE, New York City Economic Development Corporation, Cummins, Corning, Aqua Tec, Winda Technologies, Walex and the Natural Resources Defense Council.

The U.S. Environmental Handbook is intended to serve as a resource for promoting U.S. exports in China. Should a prospective customer or partner contact you as a result of the handbook, we strongly recommend that you perform your own due diligence investigation and background research. We assume no responsibility for the professional ability or integrity of the end-users of the handbook.
