Export Control Regulations Seminar

April 18-19 at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber

Vienna, Austria

Does your company sell or finance the sale of U.S. origin products, technologies or services that are subject to licensing? Make sure you understand your responsibilities as an exporter or re-exporter of sensitive U.S. items.

The two-day conference “Sanctions & Embargos and US-Export & Re-Export Controls” is a program to inform impacted businesses and service providers about EU, UN, and U.S. regulations concerning trade, specifically with U.S. good and services. The aim of this event is to provide your business with the information you need about the laws and procedures to follow in order to avoid penalties when handling U.S. products.

This seminar is appropriate for businesses that sell or resell U.S. origin products or services, sell or resell products, parts or components using U.S. origin software or technology, use U.S. origin part and components and manufacturing or assembly process, re-export U.S. origin products, and software or technology to sensitive destinations, or advise or represent such companies. We especially encourage businesses involved in these sectors to consider participation:

  • Legal advisors
