The International Buyer Program (IBP) is a joint U.S. government–industry effort that brings thousands of international buyers to the United States for business-to-business matchmaking with U.S. firms exhibiting at major industry trade shows. The IBP is run concurrently within the SHOT Show and serves as a value-added service to those working with the US Commercial Service (USCS).
